All The Best Care Mission Statement by Arlene Harris, CEO/Owner

My intention was to provide a small agency that plays an active role with the family. Even the
most difficult client who was resistant to any outside care is literally transformed. We make
the most of every day with consideration, respect, and laughter. Keeping the agency small,
allows me to stay totally involved in all aspects of each client's care. This is paramount to the
family and gives them the assurance they need as well. My clients repeatedly tell me that
they are able to have a positive relationship with their parent since I am the one solving the
difficult issues. For me it is not about business, it is about people.

Arlene Harris and her staff have cared for a significant number of terminally ill individuals
who have been referred by Heartland Hospice, Gilchrist Hospice and Seasons Hospice
social workers and nurses. Arlene is committed to providing the comfort of care, emotional
support and social needs of all those facing the daunting challenges of a terminal illness.
She extends that level of support to the families and friends and is personally involved in
all aspects of every client's care. Giving something back to the community is something
that Arlene is very passionate about – that she continues to volunteer at Heartland
Hospice.

ATBC's nursing aides are competent, compassionate and have been thoroughly screened in accordance with State regulations, which require background and reference checks. In addition, all aides are constantly reviewed and must meet certain criteria in order to be part of the ATBC team. The ATBC Administrator remains in constant contact with each client/family to evaluate their satisfaction with the level of care that they are receiving to ensure that they are receiving a high standard of care.

A.T.B.C. Registered Nurses are highly qualified and experienced in hospitals and community health care centers, will provide an initial evaluation and assessment. A visual inspection of the home is made to ensure that all safety precautions are met. The registered nurse will design a Plan of Care which is presented to the family and the patient's physician. A reevaluation is conducted every 40 days to assess the level of care to maintain our high standards.


Our Network of Referrals

Arlene continues to get referrals for case work directly from Jewish Family Services, from Chaplains, like Rabbi Tsvi Schur and licensed social workers. She takes great pride that physicians have retained her services personally to take care of family members. All referrals have been word of mouth. Arlene has built her reputation on being conscientious, caring and efficient. She listens to the desires voiced by her patients and is trustworthy and dependable.
